Check in & out was easy. Hosts were easy to get ahold of with any questions we had with quick response time and was willing to send someone to help with anything we needed. Condo itself just needs a little freshening up with some newer paint but otherwise was great. Area is great and was our 3rd stay in this building.
Honestly, you can't beat the view or the price. You walk out the door and within steps, you're on the beach. The view from each window is incredible. Furniture is comfy and nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. Our 9 year old loved his bed and said it was comfy.
Third time. Wonderful location! Perfect for older generation to really enjoy the ocean, beach and gentle breezes from the comfort of the balcony, or on the beach! Also perfect for a young family as well! Convenient to the many attractions of North Myrtle Beach, as well as shopping. Will definitely be back!
We always s enjoy staying here in this condo. I reported a couple of complaints and maintenance worker came and took care of the problems. He chipped the ice out of the freezer and also got the ice maker going again. Great location.
Numerous updates are needed.
Property is great. Need to update the unit
Considering it being on the beach and it being affected by the seasonal weather I would say it’s well taken care of!
We love our unit! It’s literally on the water! Elliott always comes through and takes care of us! We accidentally drove to the wrong check in office and it was after hours. There were two staff members still there and they stayed a little later to help us figure out where to go. That’s above and beyond.
We stayed at A Place at the Beach 3 1I. We loved our condo and would enjoy coming again! The only thing I’d change is the outside door chain - at times it would get stuck on its self. It was an easy fix though! Thank you for an excellent vacation!
