We stayed at A Place at the Beach IV unit 312. The best things about this unit are the balcony view and updated showers. Both were fantastic! We even saw dolphins go by while sitting on the balcony one evening. The only inconvenience was that the WiFi and TV seemed to have been updated to a new service and weren’t set up. We contacted Elliott who sent someone out the next day. Note that the main bedroom has a King bed—most units we’ve stayed in have a Queen, but we read this and brought the correct sheets. The other bedroom lists a Queen and Twin but know that it has a Full and a Twin, not a Queen. Overall, our stay here was excellent! The space was clean, updated, and included everything we needed and expected. We’ll definitely stay again!

This condo is in a perfect location. You are directly on the beach and in walking distance of a market, a bar and grill and 2 beachfront bars to stop at after a relaxing walk on the beach. The rooms are bright and airy and the balcony was the perfect spot for morning coffee and a glass of wine at night. The king bed was very comfortable We would definitely stay here again in the future.
