Anchorage I 312 boasts three beautiful bedrooms, two full baths and accommodates guests nicely. The temperatures are quite hot in South Carolina but inside this dreamy escape you can appreciate the central air. Heating is provided but will never be needed unless you choose a monthly winter stay. Did you know this condo even has a washer and dryer and elevator? No more trips to a laundromat carrying heavy loads of beach towels.
The outdoor sparkling swimming pool at Anchorage I 312 is excellent for swimming laps under the sun or splashing with the children. A very nice outside shower is situated near the pool and beach. An oceanfront playground is also included with this condo rental and offers you a great place to stay in shape with the kids.
Family Kingdom Amusement Park rests along the beach near the ocean offering all guests a chance to enjoy being a kid. Old time carnival rides and cotton candy are always the theme to this park and never gets old. Did you know this ocean city has over 1,500 places to dine at with delicious food choices from seafood, steak, chicken to Mexican and Italian foods? Very nice!
My family has been vacationing at the Anchorage 1 for 26 years.
We like the location, pool & units.
This condo was very clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable. Overall the location was great. Easy beach access.
This is a wonderful place to stay. People were friendly, the room was superb and rel;axing. the management was great to deal with. We are definitely looking forward to booking it again!

This condo was perfect! VERY clean, great location across the street from the beach, and great pool. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of seating for our family and kids’ friends. Stocked kitchen pots/pans/glassware/plates and even had dishwasher soap and dish soap. Two decks. Will definitely be renting this condo again!
For the minor disadvantages 312 shines like a prized automobile. Spacious, furniture, kitchen, washroom and counter space rates second to none. Location is ideal for grocery shopping. Only wish the ocean view was better and that the fridge had an icemaker; all minor. This is my go to condo now.
