This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Follow the path that leads from Aqua Shore Villa, and you will find your toes sinking into the warm, sand of the beach. Let your every worry melt away with the ebbing tide as golden rays bake your skin to a golden brown. Dive beneath the waves and let the salty, cerulean water of the Atlantic renew your body and rejuvenate your soul. Enjoy some quality time with the ones you love as you stroll down the coast hunting for shells. As the light of the setting sun paints the sky in brilliant shades of rose and violet, return to your rental for a quick rinse in the outdoor shower before turning in from a long day at the beach.
This spacious two-story house features four inviting bedrooms. With a fully-equipped kitchen and living room, plus a bonus sun room, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. This home is pet friendly so you can bring your loved one for a $300 deposit. WIFI is available and there are TV's that are flat screens. Enjoy the outdoor swing at night when the sun has gone down, you will be able to hear the ocean from here.

Elliott’s place was brand new and in a great location. Close to the beach, walkable to several restaurants and a short drive to the Ripken experience which is the reason we were there. We did appreciate the well stocked kitchen, blankets throughout, comfortable bed and attentive staff.
