The unit we stay in (1023) is lovely and well maintained. The only thing that would make it better would be the addition of a washer and dryer in the unit itself. It would be much easier to be able to launder beach towels and bath towels and wash cloths since we bring our own in the unit itself rather than needing to use up valuable vacation time in the laundry located on the 4th floor of the resort.
Water problem being addressed.
Beautiful and comfortable room!
We stayed at Avista Resort 1023. Unit was very nice, great view of the beach and ocean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
It would be nice if they had a blow dryer in the condo, but no problem, we bought one to use.
We stayed in Avista Resort 1023 with 4 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of space. Renting with Elliot was simple and efficient. When we arrived, Bryan had our car unloaded and ready to head to our room before I had completed the check in process. Everyone we encountered at the resort was so helpful and friendly. The extra deep bathtub made bathing the kids so much easier. There is ample space to put your clothes in the closet and drawers. Our four year old grandson thoroughly enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers. We will definitely be back.

Quiet and very clean!
The pools, hot tubs, and beach access were perfect. We had perfect weather and will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
