Check in day is always Saturday at Avista Resort 720. This cozy and yet very spacious three bedroom and three bath vacation rental condominium accommodates guests very nicely. Once you step inside this dreamy condo rental you will never wish to leave. There is central air and heating, a washer and clothes dryer, free WIFI, a Jacuzzi bathtub, flatscreen CCTVs and DVD players. This condo does provide a comfortable elevator and relaxing beds. Known for luxury you will be totally content when you choose Avista Resort 702.
Loaded with amenities this vacation rental condo is everything you are searching for in a resort destination. The master bedroom is quite romantic offering guests a brilliant view of the mystical Atlantic Ocean and sandy beach. The oceanfront balcony is delightful as well and known for late night stargazing and possible cocktails. You may wish to swim in the evening hours in the outdoor pool or indoor warm swimming pool, float the lazy river or even soak in the Jacuzzi bathtub. There is also a wonderful kiddie pool outside and a very nice grill. Come stay at the most luxurious resort property titled Avista Resort 720.

The resort was nice! It was well kept up and pools seemed to be cleaned every night. The room was nice.
Celebrated my mothers birthday here & we all loved it. Great area, very spacious, peaceful, clean, looked just like the photos! We enjoyed every bit of our stay, 10/10 highly recommend! We will be booking again!
This place was perfect! Being an end condo all the rooms had a view. The place was well equipped and check-in/out was easy. All staff on site were very helpful and friendly. We didnt get a chance to use the amenities but the pools seemed clean and well kept.
Perfect as usual
We stayed here to celebrate my 68th birthday. My friends and I found the condo to be excellent. Already talking about coming back here next year. Check in was easy and staff friendly
Condo at the Avista is perfect. Nice clean place and fresh linens. We rent from Elliott every year for the last five years. They are great!
We stayed in Avista Resort 720. It met our family’s needs and was nice to have included the linen and cleaning services. Would have been nice to have kitchen towels and a few more dishwasher pods and toilet paper. It was also great to be so close to the beach. The resort also had nice pool options and was close to a lot of restaurants.
The property is great but I would change all the glass top tables if it was me, just a suggestion
The place was really nice, location was close to everything, the view was wonderful. The staff was very helpful.
We had a great stay! Convenient, safe and easy for my kids from 10-17 years old to find something to do. We really appreciate the labels on everything!!! Soooo helpful!!!
Everything has been great except the beds in one of the rooms are extremely loud when you make any kind of movement and very uncomfortable
