The condo also features the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, making it easy to manage laundry during your stay and pack lighter for your beach vacation.
Guests at Brigadune I Condos 17F can take advantage of several on-site amenities designed to enhance the beachfront experience. The property features an outdoor pool with an ADA-approved lift for improved accessibility, as well as a relaxing outdoor hot tub. An outside shower is available for rinsing off after a day on the sand, and the building offers elevator service for easy access to the condo.

I am local, but my younger brother, his wife, her sister, brother-in-law and I really enjoyed the condo. We wanted to be up high and really enjoyed the large balcony and view. (A couple can’t walk too much and wanted a good relaxing couple of days which they got.) Also, it was very clean, didn’t smell like pets or cigarettes. The ones with allergies appreciated it. ✅
