Heron Pointe F20 offers a relaxing North Myrtle Beach vacation in the quiet and popular Shore Drive area. This two-story one-bedroom, one-bath condo is located just two blocks from the ocean, making it an easy five-minute walk to the beach where you can enjoy sun, sand, and the Atlantic Ocean.
Inside the condo, guests will find comfortable accommodations along with modern conveniences that make vacation easy. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals during your stay, while central heating and air keep the space comfortable in every season. Heron Pointe F20 also includes wireless internet access, flatscreen TVs, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Guests at Heron Pointe enjoy access to a variety of community amenities. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools provide options for swimming year-round, including a heated indoor pool for cooler days. The indoor hot tub and sauna offer a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring the Grand Strand. A sundeck provides space to soak up the sunshine, and the grilling area is perfect for easy family cookouts. An outside shower helps guests rinse off after time spent at the beach.
Monthly winter rentals are available, making this condo a great option for snowbirds looking to enjoy North Myrtle Beach during the quieter months.
Smoking is not permitted, and motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed.
