Lovely condo, well cleaned minus sand on the floor, but I mean it’s the beach so to be expected. Well stoked condo. Bathroom in the master is a bit small and the door opening right to someone at the sink is kind of tough. The beds bring very high up was also tough on my mother. Maybe a nice step stool to get up in the beds would be helpful. Overall great condo, great building and I would return.
This was a great rental. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. And there were 2 elevators.

Took my family down for a beach vacation at Hyperion 604! Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was exceptionally nice and clean. Residents were very nice also. Thanks Elliott Rentals for another great vacation!
