This beautiful condo is in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle, close to both the saltwater marsh and the mighty Atlantic Ocean. This second-row condo is also non-smoking and comes with two parking passes. This condo is great for visiting year-round and is available for monthly winter rentals.
Marsh Villas 3C has two full bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has convenient new appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, and beverage refrigerator. A small dining table beside the breakfast bar means everyone can dine together. You will thoroughly enjoy the amenities inside and outside of Marsh Villas condo. There are three flatscreen TVs, and WIFI will also provide entertainment. Use WIFI to stream your favorite shows on your laptops or tablets and play online games. Easily keep up with laundry using the onsite laundry facility. Central heating and air conditioning provide ultimate comfort inside, no matter the weather outside.
Marsh Villas is close enough to the beach to spend as much time there as possible. Start your day with a seaside stroll, watching an unforgettable beach sunrise. Help your kids build sandcastles or look for the best seashells to take home. Get your blood pumping by participating in watersports such as parasailing, paddle boarding, or jet-skiing. Visit the salt marsh and observe the native wildlife. Back at the villas, find an outdoor swimming pool. Take a dip in the deep end or splash with your children in the shallow end. An outdoor shower provides a place to rinse off pesky sand quickly.
Marsh Villas 3C is close to popular attractions, such as Restaurant Row and Barefoot Landing. You will find Japanese steakhouses, seafood buffets, and more at Restaurant Row. Drive to the Boardwalk and explore the home of the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, souvenir shops, small restaurants, and a zipline adventure. Check the summer schedule for concerts in the park and special events around the Boardwalk and Family Kingdom Amusement Park. Find shopping, dining, and entertainment at Broadway at Barefoot Landing. We had a wonderful stay, we enjoy coming because the weather is always beautiful
Wonderful location so close to the beach - great eats nearby. My friends and I had a relaxing late summer weekend in a cozy, warm condo. Clean as a whistle - and so comfortable. Great comminication and all questions answered promptly. Can’t wait to go back next summer.
This is my new favorite vacation spot. I traveled alone and felt very safe. Beach access is right across street and you can see the beach sitting on the balcony. The condo was very clean and conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. I even DoorDashed a few meals so that I didn’t have to leave the beach. And the beaches are super clean and I met some wonderful families. The beaches are monitored by local police so I felt very safe being a solo traveler. I work from home and the Internet speed allowed me to even work a couple hours each morning I am definitely going back next year and I hope that this is a yearly event for me. So whether you are traveling alone, or with a your family; I highly recommend.

I have to say that I was very impressed with how smooth the check and check out was with Elliot. I loved this condo, it was for. my husband and I for the entire week and our daughter came with us for the first weekend. It had all I needed for the kitchen to be able to cook at home and the entire complex was clean and nice neighbors. It's s quick walk across the road to get to the beach and we are booking another week this year!
A truly magical spot with beautiful views from a wonderfully comfortable condo with a peaceful welcoming vibe. I truly felt as if I had escaped life’s worries to a magical place where happiness reigned and troubles were stopped at the door.
