This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This magnificent two-story Ocean Drive home can comfortably accommodate your family in its three-bedroom layout. You will be enjoying all the comforts of home while having all the adventure of North Myrtle Beach outside your door.
Within walking distance, you could find yourself relaxing on the sandy Ocean Drive Beaches, playing a round of golf at many of the available courses, snacking on some of the local cuisines, or adventuring through some of North Myrtle Beaches' finest parks. If you don’t mind taking a short drive, you can find yourself adventuring all over North Myrtle Beach with endless options of things to do or enjoy. Perhaps visit the shops of Barefoot Landing, go fishing on the Cherry Grove Pier, or take a boat ride on the Intracoastal Waterway.
An essential part of a vacation is settling in after a long day's adventure. My Beach House makes clean-up easy with its access to an outside shower, two and one-half bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Never before has a vacation sounded so good as it has now when you book with My Beach House.

First time staying in North Myrtle beach and this house was a perfect location. Was a short walking distance to the beach and other activities in the area.
House was in a nice community very up to date and clean i will be coming back to same location and house if possible
