We stayed at Ocean Pier 1 107 for the month of March. It has been updated and was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I rated it 4 ⭐️ because storage for a month especially for non refrigerated food was limited…. Although for weekly stays it would be fine. The showers could use some TLC, and the toaster seems ancient. The view was great, but having the HVAC on the balcony made it too loud to enjoy it.
Pictures of unit didn’t show heat pump on deck. Unit is clean and that is good.
We enjoyed our stay!
