Paradise is just steps away from the building when you enjoy a beach vacation at Oceans 407, a North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, rental condo.
Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle, this two-bedroom, two-bath has everything needed to have a relaxing summer beach vacation. The oceanfront property is located near fine restaurants, shopping centers, and convenience stores.
The living room has a private oceanfront balcony, and the master bedroom has an oceanview. Watch a sunset from the balcony, and you may be lucky enough to see dolphins leaping in the ocean. Early birds will love the colorful South Carolina sunrises.
Need to keep the kids entertained while on vacation at the beach? Flatscreen CCTVs are in Oceans 407; they are perfect for watching a show or a movie, or bring some board games to play at the table.
The full kitchen is perfect for baking a pizza or feeding a hungry family a large dinner. Cleaning up will be a breeze with the full-sized dishwasher. Washing sandy clothes is simple with the washers and dryers located on the fourth floor.
Oceans 407 in North Myrtle Beach is a smoke-free condo, and it also offers WIFI for vacationers who might have to spend some time working. There is a central elevator too, so bringing in luggage will be easy for weary travelers.
There is a pool on the fourth floor that swimmers will enjoy using while watching the ocean waves. This well-maintained property is comfortable and will make everyone feel right at home.
Like water sports? Take a ride on a Jet Ski or boat, go fishing from the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, or swim and surf in the Atlantic Ocean that is waiting for you. There are also many golf and minigolf courses nearby to visit.
Oceans 407 has picnic tables and charcoal grills located on the property, so the family can cook and dine outside without ever even leaving the beach. The outside pool deck area has plenty of seating to relax poolside. Two parking spaces are located underneath the high rise, helping to keep your car cool from the summer heat and rain. Whenever you are ready to visit, Oceans 407 in North Myrtle Beach is ready for your arrival – be it spring, summer, fall, or winter.

This is our second time staying at this condo! Once again it did not disappoint! The decor is beautiful and the condo is so clean and well kept! The shower is amazing and feels like a gentle waterfall after a long hot day at the beach. We feel so fortunate to have found this little piece of heaven at our favorite vacation spot, Cherry Grove! My husband and I loved the pool and spent many morning and afternoons soaking in the warm water or on one of the many available lounge chairs! Thank you to the owners for all the little amenities in the condo and for offering this wonderful place for others to visit and experience the joys of an ocean view condo! We have stayed at 407 for the past two years and coming approximately twice a year . We love this unit. It is always clean and equipped with most necessities . The view is wonderful ! The only problem we have is the living Room couch it is very worn out and not comfortable at all . Not trying to be picky but cushions are totally flat This unit would definitely be a 5 star if the couch was replaced.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! We have been vacationing here for years and this is the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in! Having the pool right next door was awesome! The shower in the Master Bedroom was so relaxing! We couldn’t wait to get back from the beach to to unwind in the gorgeous bathroom! Rent it, you won’t be disappointed!
We stayed and Oceans 407. There were six of us and we definitely fit very comfortably in this condo. The rooms are beautiful and the view is perfect from our balcony. Would absolutely come back here again!

Everything is good! This is our third time in this unit, and we love it! It is the cleanest unit I have ever rented and very well maintained! That is why we are repeat customers and refer it to others. It is so important! Kitchen is stocked sufficient with various appliances, dish ware & cooking items. Also there are generally some cleaning supplies available to use. That ALL is so appreciated ! We noticed the additions & improvements of new furniture & items each year & appreciate that! A swifter wet jet floor mop would be nice & I would definitely use that& an electric broom !! Elliott staff are always friendly, helpful & professional! We will be back & have recommended it to friends.
We always appreciate coming back to this condo for our beach vacation and appreciate how accessible it is for my dad who has limited mobility. The condo itself is always kept in pretty good condition - we love coming back to this unit for our family beach vacations!

I spent hours searching property reviews and decided to take a chance on Oceans 407 aka: the Seahorse. My advice to you is …Do NOT hesitate to rent this unit. It looks exactly like the photos, actually has a new pull out sofa since the picture. Easy access to the elevator, laundry and snack machine. . Perfect summer rental with kids or teens. Step through your balcony gate to the pool deck and watch your kids from your deck chair or through the window!! Queen beds are extra firm so if you like softer, sleep on the twin beds. Very clean and love the seahorse decor.
