Watch the Atlantic outside your door when you choose Oceans 415, an oceanfront rental vacation condo in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Located on the fourth floor where the pool is, you can easily slip right out the door and into the relaxing water or spread your soft beach towel on a waiting lounger and soak up all the Carolina sunshine.
Oceans 415 is a cozy smoke-free, one-bedroom, one-bath rental condo. A family will be quite comfortable here. A fireplace will warm the condo and is perfect for taking the chill off a cool beachy night. There are flatscreen CCTVs and WIFI, so everyone should be entertained when indoors for the evening or in the event of rain. The condo includes central air and heating, and washers and dryers are on the fourth floor.
Outside Oceans 415, you will find grills for cooking hot dogs for lunch, grilling steaks for dinner, and picnic tables for dining al fresco. Inside you will find full-size appliances, so baking a large pizza or casserole will be easy. A full refrigerator will hold all the needed ingredients and the cupboards have all the plates and cups you need. Then, cleanup is simple with a dishwasher to do all the work for you.
An elevator makes for easy access to the condo when bringing in your luggage or groceries, and the underground parking garage, with two parking spaces for you, will keep your car cool and dry when not being used to see the sights and explore Myrtle Beach.
While vacationing at Oceans 415 in North Myrtle Beach, you will find unique boutiques filled with coastal treasures, as well as a variety of mini and full golf courses, fine and casual dining restaurants, and grocery stores to meet all your needs. When you are ready to walk on the smooth sand of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Oceans 415 will be ready for you!

I booked Oceans 415 for the month of February. Very nice and homey! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of hooks on both bathroom doors, 2 dressers for clothes in bedroom, mattress was good, enjoyed the electric fireplace in the living room! New recliner in den! The tile floor throughout (except baths/kitchen) was freezing cold (but remember , it was really cold outside too)! The photos showed a big area rug in living room and BOY, I could have loved having a rug on all that cold tile).

Really like this unit, just wish the couch would recline and it need a better chair.

We have rented this unit multiple times. Its a great unit and we love that it opens right up to the pool. Also, the location is perfect because we can walk to multiple businesses. We are pleased with Elliot and how they handle check-in. We also messed up our door code and they were very helpful in getting it reset for us very quickly so the problem was resolved! Thanks again for this opportunity to review this property. Would rent again ( and probably will).

Room is in great shape & clean except all rugs need deep cleaning.

Oceans 415 was a great place to stay. It was very clean and well kept. You can tell they care about the families that stay there. Will stay here again when coming back to the beachside and it’s available.
