Great stay!
It was a wonderful unit except for the over abundance of pillows everywhere.
The condo was beautiful. There were a couple of maintenance issues but once Elliott Realty knew about them, they were fixed shortly after. I personally loved the balcony. When we weren't on the beach, I was out there most of the time. Great views and shielded well from the weather.

Unit is great. Only concern is the beach access walkway is narrow and doesn’t reach the beach like other condos around. Not an easy walk because of the steep mound. Elliott Realty has been outstanding so far. One minor hiccup but the fixed it immediately. Thank you for the great service.

We stayed at Paradise Pointe 8B mid June 2025. The condo was very clean and the furnishing and decorations were over the top. Double door refrigerator, leather sofa and love seat with power recliners! The balcony had lots of rattan furniture and was very clean! The unit was decorated in an Hawaii theme. Lots of surfboards, even the toilet flush handle was a surfboard. (Cost on Amazon is $39.99) we had no issues with unit. Whoever decorated it did a wonderful job. The walkway to the beach was terrible. Very hard to walk up and down— very narrow. Not handicapped accessible by any means. We saw some elderly people falling walking up and down! There were no bathrooms in the pool area. Nor did Paradise Pointe provided trash cans on the beach ( building next to us did have trash receptacles) The parking garage was designed for small vehicles. We were in a Chevy 4 Door pick-up and had issues parking but we managed. We did receive two notes telling us the parking tag was turned backwards and we need to park within the lines. The pool does not open until 9:00 AM- so of you wanted to go to the beach early and set up chairs one has to use the public right away. There were no life guards at the beach- we did see a life guard next to the closed pier some 1/2 mile away! In addition there were no external ice machines. Only the ice maker in the unit which worked but could not make enough ice for our party of five. I purchased 6 ice trays. I inquired of a maintenance individual about an ice machine and he said Paradise Pointe would not install them as they were not a hotel. Other condo units we have stayed in previously all had external ice machines, some on each floor. I have no issues with the unit - I give it a 10. As for the complex a 3 at best. They need a bathroom next the pool. I guess most used the pool or ocean. The walkway to the beach needs to be widened. They need trash cans at the beach and the pool area needs to be cleaned earlier and be open for people to go to the beach prior to 9:00 AM. I would not stay at Paradise Pointe again!
Unit inside is great! No issues. Everything works as it should! Very pleased!
