A kitchen, two private bedrooms and a balcony that overlooks the sandy beach and Atlantic Ocean are all part of the fun and convenience when your family vacations at Raintree Villas 3B. This two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condominium sleeps six people and offers a world of amenities.
The kitchen of this condo rental is well equipped and even has a dishwasher. The master suite has oceanfront balcony access and there are a couple DVD players in this rental. High-speed Internet access is wireless in Raintree Villas 3B and additional conveniences include a washing machine and clothes dryer.
Raintree Villas has an oceanfront swimming pool, so take a book to the pool and lounge in a chair while getting a suntan. Race to the edge of the water and let your toes sink into the sand as the water flows over your bare feet. Look in the near distance and you can spy a fishing pier. More oceanfront fun might include Sea Doo rentals, parasailing and banana boat rides, not to mention nightly walks under the moonlight. Comb the beaches for seashells and enjoy a swim in the warm ocean water.
This condo rental puts your family in close proximity to live entertainment theatres, seafood restaurants, fishing charters and lots of shopping. North Myrtle Beach is also famous for championship golf courses and beach clubs with shag dancing!

This was a beautiful condo! Great views and many updates.
We loved staying here. Great location in a nice quiet complex. The condo is very cute and the ocean front view is fabulous especially with the high chairs to sit in.
The property is as pictured and a great location.
Rain tree Villas B3 review. The condo was clean and well equipped. The bathtub and shower in both bathrooms needed better cleaning on the floor (magic eraser). The biggest complaint is that the outdoor ac unit took up 1/4 of the deck and made the bedroom door to the deck useless. The unit was also rather loud, especially at night. The location is great and overall our stay was very enjoyable, even with climbing the 4 flights of stairs multiple times each day (which we knew in advance).
We stayed in Raintree Villas for our family vacation. It is very easy to get on/off the beach and is a great area for families. It’s is conveniently located near the Barefoot Landing and lots of mini golf. Broadway at the beach is about 35-40 minutes away ans offers a lot of attractions and food options.
Love being here early in the season! The unit is so clean and makes things comfortable.
