This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Enjoy the relaxing porch at this laid-back classic beach cottage in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Roy-Al is an oceanfront hideaway with four bedrooms and three baths. Families are nicely accommodated in this oceanfront house rental that has a furnished porch and is on the ground level and features a handicap ramp so everyone can vacation at this beach cottage. Roy-Al has an oceanfront sunroom so early mornings and late nights are best enjoyed where you can hear the crashing waves in the backyard.
This charming oceanfront North Myrtle Beach cottage has a sandy path that leads to the beautiful beach. Imagine rising with the sun and going for a peaceful walk first thing in the morning when you vacation at Roy-Al. Your vacation days could not be any sunnier than when you spend time at this oceanfront house rental. WIFI is available in Roy-Al, so bring your laptop and log on to find restaurant menus, store hours, and tee times before you ever leave the house. There is a couple of DVD players in this rental and also a washing machine and clothes dryer for your utmost convenience.
The Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is just down the beach, so bring your appetite for fish and cast your own lines into the Atlantic Ocean. Shopping, dining, and championship Myrtle Beach golf is just down the road from Roy-Al as are a number of live entertainment theatres and water sports opportunities.

We loved the location, 3 bathrooms available, 2 king sized beds, and Florida Room.
We love the house. Have been renting for a number of years now.
We stayed in Roy-Al during the week of May24-31. It was in the perfect location, just steps to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!
This is our fourth year staying at this wonderful house. Would have been our fifth year only that I waited too late two years ago and the property was not available at the time we needed it. The property is always clean inside and out. It is an older charming home. I was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners last year. The property has a wonderful history. If anyone is looking for a place with very few steps and even has a handicap ramp that’s right on the beach, this is the house. We are so thankful and count it a blessing to have the opportunity to stay at the Roy-Al. Elliott Rentals are some of the best!!!! They are highly professional and some of the friendliest people you will ever deal with! What a joy!
The location and atmosphere is wonderful. There's a huge soft spot in the kitchen floor with three tears in the linoleum from the soft spot. I reported it to Elliott as soon as we arrived.
Enjoyed the cottage. Ocean front. I use to stay in this cottage growing up as a child (15 years). Just few steps from pier i lived on that pier. Found it available and glad we did. Great week nice stay. Will return thanks. Chip Morton
