On top of the beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom and balcony, you’ll also be treated to the rental’s indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The rental also includes its own washer and dryer for your convenience.

Elliott Rentals were fabulous to work with and most accommodating. Very communicative and prompt in responding to any questions I had. You are directly on the beach with this location. Very nice to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. If you prefer medium or softer beds, I recommend having a mattress pad because the mattresses are VERY FIRM.
Great location, and the place looked exactly like the pictures. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this Airbnb.
When we first arrived the penthouse looked and smelt very clean. We were comfortable, and the balcony provided a great ocean view. The secondary shower head wasn’t working properly and was replaced in a timely manner; the primary shower was really nice. The pillows weren’t the best, but in picky.

We could have had a little extra of the supplies. 1 hand tower per bathroom is not enough for 6 days. Had t Loved the view, having our own washer and dryer was a plus. Living quarters were appropriate. Condominiums out west carry their hospitality a step further than you do, kind of stingy with the basics.
Great walk to the beach. Originally said no toiletries but they did have them available in the unit. Nice and clean.
Perfect location! The room was clean, and spacious for our family. We really enjoyed our time at the Sand Dunes Resort and all the amenities that it had to offer. We loved that there was a convenience store, ice cream, restaurants/bars on site. The convenience store was very convenient for last minute items we needed. Our host was very responsive and informative for any information we needed for our booking. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back and will rent with Elliot Rentals in the future.
Beautiful location....as described in the details you won't have access to the waterpark or indoor lazy river which doesn't matter. the indoor and outdoor pool was sufficient. Restaurants and bar inside the location made it 10/10.

We were looking forward to a Ocean Front room as per contract, but it appears that we have an Ocean View room.
Easy 5 stars. Loved the room. Looks exactly as pictured. Our building had lots of amenities and staff was super friendly and helpful. 9/10 experience and would stay again!
Great stay.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We could see the beach from our balcony, the house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for stay. Communication was great as well as the staff.
Property was in a great location. Easy to walk to restaurants. Condo was spacious enough for our family of 4.

Clean, newly remodeled with ok beach view. Responsive host with easy check-in/checkout procedures. Location is quite with Starbucks a bar/pub, and a few places to eat onsite and within the block. Location is well suited for families as its located more in a residential area verses the crowds located more towards the boardwalk area. Would absolutely rent again!
The property itself was nice and a short walk to the beach; ample parking, clean pool, secure facility. The host was pleasant and responsive to questions. Admittedly I was hesitant after realizing I booked with a property management company, but their five star customer service really impressed me!

I stayed the entire month of November and was very please. View of ocean was beautiful. Unit is fully stocked and clean. Hope to visit again. Short walk to the beach and Sand Dunes facility had everything available if needed.
Nice property. Clean. Really close to Broadway on the beach and other attractions. Would definitely say here again.
Overall great place, clean, quick on minor repairs, i just wished beds were a little softer (my preference)
