This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
The Crescent Beach neighborhood in North Myrtle Beach is where you will find this incredible vacation beach house. Tropical Palms is a popular beach rental in Myrtle Beach because it offers numerous bedrooms, sleeps large groups and boasts on-site conveniences.
Tropical Palms is a six-bedroom, five-and-one-half-bath vacation house that is only a couple blocks from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This rental even features a sparkling swimming pool and hot tub! It is easy to get a little rest and enjoy quality relaxation at this beach house with all the amenities it boasts.
First of all, your friends and family can walk to the sandy beach. Grab your beach towel, sunglasses and favorite book and off you go for a splendid afternoon beneath the Myrtle Beach sunshine. Enjoy a nice oceanfront picnic where the refreshing coastal breeze keeps you cool. Rinse off the sand and saltwater after you return to Tropical Palms and before you slip into the fabulous swimming pool. Rejuvenate in the hot tub where energy is quickly restored to tired muscles. There is even a grill so you can barbecue outside during your vacation.
Inside the spacious, six-bedroom vacation beach house are rooms full of family fun and entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped to handle any meal you might want to create in Myrtle Beach and the porch is nicely furnished so you can relax where you can feel the ocean breeze. The game room at Tropical Palms is a favorite of all ages providing guests with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and comes complete with refrigerator and TV/DVD. And the high-speed Internet access provided is a wonderful amenity for those who travel with their laptop computers. Indulge in the convenience of a washer and dryer and sit in the living room where you can sneak a peek of the Atlantic Ocean.

I really enjoyed everything it was close to the beach for me and my family to walk and the neighbors was so helpful!

Tropical Palms was a nice place to stay. We had a question about the hot tub and the owner was here in minutes. Two short blocks from the beach. We had 20 people. 11 adults and 9 kids. Arrangements worked well.
More places to hang towels or wet clothes would be good in bathrooms

We had a nice weekend vacation at Tropical Palms. The house was clean and comfortable.
Had a blast staying here. Was more then enough space, clean and meet every expectation
We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. Very very clean. Short walk to the beach. You can see the Ocean from 3rd and 2nd balcony. Plenty of seating outside. 2 refrigerators on top floor 1 smaller one in Game room down stairs. 2 charcoal grills and one large propane. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Owners clean everything and are very attentive to keeping pool clean. They are close by if you did need anything. The kitchen has everything that a family could need and more. 1 XL crockpot 2 med crockpots and 3 coffee makers. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of them. Bathrooms are very clean and newly renovated. We will definitely be back to stay at this one.
