With accommodations for up to eight people, whether it be you and your family or a group of friends, everyone will shore-ly be delighted with all Wellington 302 has to offer. When you wake up in the morning and are ready to sip your fresh cup of coffee, enjoy it on the spacious oceanfront balcony with picture perfect views of the sunrise. Once you are ready to start your day, take advantage of the outdoor pool and hot tub or put your toes in the Crescent Beach sand which is only a few short steps from your beautiful vacation rental.
Wellington 302 is located central to all of the many North Myrtle Beach attractions and entertainment, you will never be without something to do. Get dressed up and head to Barefoot Landing to spend the evening at The Carolina Opry or catch a pirate show at the Pirates Voyage located just a short drive away. We had a wonderful time at Wellington 302! The decor is beautiful as well as the view! Master bath shower is the only update not done yet. We would have liked to have an iron and ironing board in this Luxury rental. Also there are not grills at this property which was disappointing. They do have chairs and boogie boards too!

This was a beautiful condo. Beautifully decorated and the view was perfect. Just how it was described. We plan on coming back next year and trying to stay for an additional week. The host was always in contact with us making sure we had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen.
Great place. Only downside was having to put bed linens on ourselves. Also had to provide our own toilet paper but otherwise great place.
We had a wonderfully relaxing week with a spectacular view. Our place provided an extremely well stocked kitchen, use of some beach chairs, and other amenities that made it feel like home.
We were literally amazed from the minute we walked into this condo. Never have we had a condo as nicely equipped as Wellington 302. We stumbled on it by accident when the condo we normally rent for the month of October was destroyed due to a water main break. We consider ourselves so lucky to have found something left on the beach and even more blessed that we found this hidden gem. There was absolutely nothing we needed. The decor is beautiful, the furniture is a beautiful beachy theme, and everything you need is available for your use. My hope is that all renters respect Karen and Neil’s desire to provide such a convenient and pleasurable experience. Thank you Neil and Karen. We look forward to our stay next October.
