This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
The home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 14 guests. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances makes meal preparation easy, while the charcoal grill is ready for outdoor cookouts. Detached bedrooms offer added separation, and the outside shower is handy after a sandy day by the ocean. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Great space and great service
Elliott Beach Realty is very professional and courteous. We enjoyed our stay!
Beds are not that comfortable upstairs.
Dryer makes squealing noise when running.
Our family of 9 stayed at 1 Big Mac for the past 5 days for our annual Christmas vacation. North Myrtle Beach is a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping venues. House was large, with two separate bedrooms on the lower level, and three on the upper level. TVs were large. Parking was ample. Walking distance to the ocean. We did the linen package, but found we were short one sheet set. Called and were able to pick up a set at the office. . It was a pleasant stay, and our family will continue to rent from Elliott in the future. They are very easy to work with and want your stay to be enjoyable.
We loved the location. Short walk to the beach. Great place to ride bikes. Although there were no bike racks in the community. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoy cooking together as a family so for us, the kitchen was not fully equipped. Lovely, quiet neighborhood.
