This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Make room for sunshine, pool time, and unforgettable family memories at 1 Precious Memory! This inviting North Myrtle Beach home is tucked into the Crescent Beach area, just a short stroll from the shoreline, giving your crew a relaxing place to recharge between beach adventures.
The house features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, with sleeping accommodations for up to 14 guests. Cool off in the private outdoor pool, enjoy the fenced pool deck, and rinse away the sand in the outdoor shower. Inside, wood flooring, stainless-steel appliances, wireless internet, and five TVs add comfort and convenience, while the washer and dryer make longer stays easier. Three on-site parking spaces are available.

House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.
*Luxury Rentals include linens and departure maid service. An additional reduced rate luxury fee is added to all luxury rentals.
*Pet Friendly properties require a $300 refundable pet deposit.

Beautiful property
This was a perfect rental for a bigger family.
The house is nice and a great location.
We recently stayed at 1 Precious Memory this past week for a family vacation. August 3rd through the 10th. We booked this location for its Luxury Rental listing as well as it’s location near the beach and things to do. Our family of 9 had plenty of space and the location was perfect.
Overall great house, wonderful location. Everything was exactly as advertised, nice place we had a wonderful time
House has four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms with private baths, 2 that share a jack n jill bath and another bath (uncooled) at the pool area. All appliances were in working order (dryer seemed to have a hard time drying loads of towels). The house is newer and most everyone slept ok in the beds. The pool is smaller (and 4 foot deep), but it was nice to have. There are a few little grassy areas for your dogs to go potty. The beach was truly a five minute walk straight down the street. It’s a beautiful beach and we were able to go everyday. We will come back
