This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

We have just what you are looking for: A Beach Haven. With four bedrooms and three and one half baths this house has plenty of space for your family. Situated a few rows back from the beach, this vacation rental puts you right on the warm sand within just a matter of moments.
This two-story rental beach house is well appointed with comfortable furnishings, central heating and air and a washer and dryer for your convenience. WIFI is also available, so you will be to stay as social as you would like to be. You will find little extra touches such as stainless appliances, hardwood floors and two separate living spaces. This will allow the members of your party to have as much space as they would like to spread out. There are flatscreen TVs and a DVD player, as well, making breaks from the sun more entertaining.
When the sun is what you want there is 60 miles of sand stretching out along the South Carolina coast and just blocks away from your front door. Pack a bag with your towels, sunscreen, book and sand toys and plan to spend as much time as you want soaking up the rays. There are several water sports you can enjoy such as fishing from the pier, SCUBA diving, parasailing or horseback riding, to name a few. The house is 1 block from the beach. It has plenty of room and is set up well for a family. It has all the basics needed for a trip. The kitchen has basic needs as well as the bathrooms. It is not overly stocked like many VRBO listings and I would say in its early stages. However, it was overall clean and met our needs. May I recommend adding beach towels to your inventory and extra pillows with pillow cases to your beds for a more comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the boogie boards and things like these make the stay nice for travelers coming by plane. I would also recommend a small travel ice igloo. We were thankful for the beach chair. That all being said. I would say the price is right for this good size home close to the beach.
Location was good and the home and stay overall was satisfactory.

Only 2 blocks from the beach; convenient to the grocery store or other locations; the house was very clean and accommodated 6 adult houseguests. Loved it! We will definitely go back again!
The location was in close proximity to the boardwalk, beach, local attractions, and restaurants. The house was cozy, but spacious and well decorated. All necessary kitchen items were included as well as basic supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dish sponges).
The house is in a great location! Only about a block from the beach and fun activities!

This house was amazing and so beautiful with such a short walk to the beach in an area less crowded than the original condo!!!! We were so thankful for how understanding you guys were and we appreciate you being so considerate in helping us with this house
Property was exactly as it looked. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. My family loves tv's and unfortunately the bedrooms do not have them. We did, however, bring our own and vacation was a blast. We enjoyed everything about being in this property and location and would come again. Highly recommend!!!!
