This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The home offers three full bathrooms and a half-bath, accommodates up to nine guests, and includes two living rooms so everyone can find a little room to relax.
Wireless internet and an in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience, while granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances bring practical modern touches to the kitchen. With three on-site parking spaces, arriving with your group is easier to organize. The property is located about one mile from The Market Common and around five miles from Broadway at the Beach, putting shopping, dining, entertainment, and family activities within driving distance.
Spend your days enjoying Myrtle Beach’s wide sandy shoreline, exploring local attractions, or discovering restaurants and shops around town. After a full day out, return to your own space to unwind, share a meal, and plan tomorrow’s adventures. Great house and location to the beach. Beach is walkable (approx 2 blocks). Not much to see as there is a parking garage at the front door, however the house itself rendered great accommodation and space for our family vacation of four couples and a kid.
Home was nice close to the beach. Very clean.
The house is 1 block from the beach. It has plenty of room and is set up well for a family. It has all the basics needed for a trip. The kitchen has basic needs as well as the bathrooms. It is not overly stocked like many VRBO listings and I would say in its early stages. However, it was overall clean and met our needs. May I recommend adding beach towels to your inventory and extra pillows with pillow cases to your beds for a more comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the boogie boards and things like these make the stay nice for travelers coming by plane. I would also recommend a small travel ice igloo. We were thankful for the beach chair. That all being said. I would say the price is right for this good size home close to the beach.
Location was good and the home and stay overall was satisfactory.
Exquisite! Mop for cleaning the floor should be somewhere in the home. There is always little things to do on the home but generally Beach haven is 👍 great

Only 2 blocks from the beach; convenient to the grocery store or other locations; the house was very clean and accommodated 6 adult houseguests. Loved it! We will definitely go back again!
The location was in close proximity to the boardwalk, beach, local attractions, and restaurants. The house was cozy, but spacious and well decorated. All necessary kitchen items were included as well as basic supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dish sponges).
The house is in a great location! Only about a block from the beach and fun activities!

This house was amazing and so beautiful with such a short walk to the beach in an area less crowded than the original condo!!!! We were so thankful for how understanding you guys were and we appreciate you being so considerate in helping us with this house
Property was exactly as it looked. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. My family loves tv's and unfortunately the bedrooms do not have them. We did, however, bring our own and vacation was a blast. We enjoyed everything about being in this property and location and would come again. Highly recommend!!!!
