This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Get your beach crew together and make room for fun at A Block Away, a spacious Crescent Beach vacation home in North Myrtle Beach. With five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half-baths, this home sleeps up to 18 guests and offers plenty of space for a large family trip. Enjoy the ocean-view balcony, then head outside to cool off in the outdoor pool or rinse away the sand in the outside shower. A charcoal grill makes cookouts easy, while the foosball table gives everyone another way to enjoy downtime together.
The home also features wireless internet, seven TVs, an in-unit washer and dryer, and four on-site parking spaces, adding convenience for a group getaway. A Block Away is pet-friendly, with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, so your four-legged family member can join the vacation too. Set in the Crescent Beach area beyond the second row, the property offers a convenient home base for beach days, nearby restaurants, shopping, golf, and the family attractions of North Myrtle Beach.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. Would stay again, but it's a different house each visit. Layout is excellent. Love the jack/Jill's. Improvements, downstairs fridge needs replacement. Laundry room needed to be cleaned before usage. Handle at pool was loose and did come out. Overall, great stay and Elliott will always be 1st choice. Thank you.
