This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Make every beach day count at A Summer by the Sea, a luxury oceanfront home in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. This spacious retreat offers eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and a half-bath, with room for up to 28 guests—an inviting choice for a large family vacation or reunion.
Step out to the oceanfront balcony or follow the private boardwalk toward the beach, then return for a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool or a soak in the spillover spa with tanning ledge. The game room includes a pool table, and an elevator helps everyone move between floors more easily. A well-equipped kitchen features a double oven, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers, while the outdoor kitchen and gas grill make group meals a breeze. Twelve TVs, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and an outside shower add comfort for the whole crew.
Pool heating is available seasonally for an additional fee. With the Atlantic Ocean just outside and Cherry Grove dining, fishing, and entertainment close by, A Summer by the Sea is made for memorable coastal get-togethers.

House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.
*Luxury Rentals include linens and departure maid service. An additional reduced rate luxury fee is added to all luxury rentals.

This was our 3rd year at this location, and we loved it. The Pool was beautiful, but even better the man that came over to Clean/Fix the Grill was a true gentleman. He asked if we minded him working for an hour and half. He pretty much rebuilt the entire grill. In the past year the grill went up in flames, because of the amount of grease and old food in the bottom. Elliott has top knotch folks working on the houses. Thanks for the wonderful week in May. Beautiful weather!
We enjoyed a ladies retreat here and it was perfect. The house is amazing; beds and couches are comfortable, every bedroom has its own bathroom., the kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and 2 large dining tables with lots of chairs. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed time on the rocking chairs on the ocean front porches. The elevator made it convenient to transport luggage to other floors. Would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning luxury home with all the features and beautiful views! Home was exceptionally maintained and well cared for. Design taste is impeccable! All the appliances and more to create an amazing experience! Location was perfect. I loved every moment creating memories!
I have been coming for 5 years and used elliott beach rentals. This is the best house yet. It's bright, cheery, and beautifully decorated. It was very clean.

We loved this house. Have been doing this for 20 years and by far the best beach house we have had.
It was a very pleasant experience. If I could make any recommendations it would be to add more kitchen utensils, such as: pizza cutter, can opener, spatula for the grill (as the only ones are plastic), beach chairs to bring the to beach, higher shrubbery between the pool and the public access and another coffee maker as there is only 1 for over 20 people.
We Had a wonderful family vacation at "A Summer by the Sea". . Elliott Beach Rental was a pleasure to work with and check in and check out was seamless and the staff was friendly and helpful. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the porches was just beautiful! I would recommend a blow dryer in each bathroom.. I would also recommend more kitchen utensils and beach chairs. We paid to heat the pool but it didn't seem to ever feel heated. We contacted Elliott and were informed that the hot tub and pool heat separately.. If the heat is on for the hot tub it is off for the pool. Other than that, we enjoyed the house and we had a great vacation. I would definitely recommend this house!
We had a great time in this property, spacious, gorgeous decoration, comfortable beds and cleanliness on point. Our group of 25 had a wonderful stay, everybody enjoyed it as a piece of heaven.
House and process were seamless
The size of house was perfect for our sibling reunion. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a great relaxing week. My only issue was pool guy came everyday and poured chemicals into pool so we had to wait a few hours before using pool. My only recommendation is hair dryer in at least a few bathrooms.
Great house for a big family. Beautiful view and easy beach access. Outdoor space was great for hanging out.
Our family absolutely loved the house. We had 21 people in our party ranging from 2 years to 75 years. We traveled from Virginia, Indiana and Texas. The house is beautiful. The only thing we might recommend is that a griddle, crockpot and a large frying pan be added to the kitchen. Also, utensils for the grill. The kitchen had more than ample dishes and flatware. We have already reserved the house for next summer.
