This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Spend your Myrtle Beach vacation on the waterfront in a beach house. Belair Up is the upper level of a vacation duplex on the channel in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This beach house has a shared swimming pool and is within walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean. Get comfortable on the floating dock of this vacation rental where you can dangle your toes into the saltwater channel.
Belair Up is the top floor of a duplex with three bedrooms and three baths. Enjoy the backyard, the convenience of a washer and dryer and the luxury of a porch that overlooks the channel when you vacation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Walk down the street to the beach for a swim in the ocean or a long walk towards the fishing pier. In close proximity to this home, you will find live Myrtle Beach entertainment theatres, outlet malls, seafood restaurants and plenty of family attractions. There are numerous Myrtle Beach golf courses in the area, so bring your clubs and hit the links during your Myrtle Beach vacation!

We loved the location. The house was neat and updated. The pool was great and the channel view was so peaceful. Would have rated it 5 stars but as another reviewer stated, the mattresses were very firm.
Mt family stayed at Belair Up, and We loved the location of this house and the pool overlooking the channel was great! The house was neat, clean and well-maintained. I would have given it 5 stars, except the mattresses were VERY firm. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation at Belair Up and hope we will be able to stay here again.
