This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This four-bedroom rental sleeps up to 12 guests and offers three full bathrooms and a half bath. The beach is an easy four- to five-minute walk away, so you can enjoy sunny days on the sand before returning to your own comfortable retreat.
Inside, luxury vinyl plank flooring and granite countertops give the home a fresh, welcoming feel. The game room features a ping-pong table, while Connect 4, cornhole, and a card table provide more ways to keep everyone entertained. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub or relax on the front and back patios after a day exploring the coast. A floating dock, channel views from the primary bedroom, wireless internet, five TVs, and an in-unit washer and dryer add to the experience.
Located in Cherry Grove, Captain’s Choice is near local restaurants, shopping, golf, and family attractions. It’s a great choice for guests looking for a roomy home, outdoor recreation, and a convenient walk to the beach.

We stayed in Captain’s Choice the entire month of October. It’s a lovely, comfortable home and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the wildlife in the channel. The sunsets were amazing. It’s a very short walk to the beach. It’s convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, convenience stores and gift shops. The house is located in a great area, surrounded by homeowners. Our stay was not completely perfect, although I stand by my 5 star rating. Elliot Realty and Vacation Rentals always fixes any issues that arise promptly and courteously. I’ve rented with them for approximately 20 years and will continue to do so. Elliot, thanks for another great vacation home. This one was in the top 2 of my favorites we have stayed in.
Thank you, guys at Elliot for doing the right thing and making sure we were accommodated. We will be booking Elliott Luxury for all of our future beach vacations! This house was very clean, and thank you to the owners for allowing our small dog in for the week on such short notice. Good people all around, i had an amazing week and am already planning next year's trip!
