This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Wake up to the ocean and step straight into beach-vacation mode at Cassie, a six-bedroom oceanfront home in North Myrtle Beach’s Cherry Grove area. With three full bathrooms and space for up to 20 guests, this property is a great option for a large family gathering. Enjoy the covered oceanfront porch and take in the view, or head outside for an easy day on the sand and by the water.
The home provides a comfortable place to regroup after a day at the beach, with seven TVs, wireless internet, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off sand before coming inside. With six bedrooms and generous sleeping arrangements, the home offers room for families to settle in together while enjoying the convenience of an oceanfront location.
Cassie welcomes pets with a $300 refundable pet deposit. A new 14-by-30-foot outdoor pool is expected in March 2027, so guests should confirm availability for their travel dates. Photo is of a similar pool. Cherry Grove restaurants, golf, shopping, and family attractions are within reach.

While this property needs some minor maintenance, it is a wonderful place! Tons of space , great AC, beautiful views with large deck. Very convenient to stores and just a few steps to the beach ! We would definitely book here again!

A little crowded for 14 people. Barely room to make up beds in smaller bedrooms. But overall, good experience so far.
We loved the location and view of the ocean! The house met our needs.
After leaving an initial review, I was contacted by Melissa. We discussed the issues with the property and she addressed all of my concerns. I appreciate her follow up and we will use Elliot Beach Rental on our return to the area.
