This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Welcome to Cottage On The Rocks, bring your dog and enjoy a fenced in backyard. Home has a beautiful outdoor patio with seating and a firepit. Three parking spaces available on site, you are only two blocks from the beach. Home has three bedroom two full baths, full size kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, flatscreen TVs, WIFI and this home is non smoking.
Spend time on the patio with its outdoor seating, then gather around the firepit after a day in the sun. The home includes a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, four TVs, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make longer stays easier. An outdoor shower helps rinse off sandy feet, and central heating and air conditioning provide comfort throughout the year. The beach is only about two blocks away, making it easy to fit in morning walks and afternoons by the ocean. Three on-site parking spaces are available. Pets are welcome with a $300 refundable deposit. With its fenced yard and convenient beach access, this home is a practical option for families traveling with a four-legged companion.

We enjoyed our time there
There were some damages which I reported but overall it was a pleasant experience. As to leaving you should tell renters where the appropriate trash dump is if they are not leaving on a trash pick up day. I would like to suggest that a hand towel be included in the towel package. Using a bath towel for hands is not convenient. However, this is just a suggestion, not a complaint. I would also suggest that for this unit you explain where the parking is located. We figured that it is in front on the grass but we were not sure as our van would not fit pulling into the yard and we did not want a ticket if our tires weee on the sidewalk.
We liked the upgrades to the property and the closeness to Boulineas. The only things were the HIGH beds
