This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This North Myrtle Beach property has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bath, with sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests. Updated touches include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded bathrooms, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
After time in the sun, settle into the living room with its large 65-inch television or connect to the wireless internet to stream and relax. Seven TVs provide additional entertainment around the home, and the washer and dryer make longer stays more convenient. An outdoor shower is useful after beach trips, while five on-site parking spaces help accommodate your group. The property is pet-friendly with a $300 refundable pet deposit.
