This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Settle into a peaceful channel-side setting at High Tide, a pet-friendly home in the Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach. The property sits along a South Carolina saltwater channel, offering a different coastal experience from a traditional oceanfront stay. High Tide gives families and friends a place to enjoy it all, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodating up to 12 guests. This pet-friendly channel-front home welcomes pets with owner approval Guests can enjoy the quieter surroundings while remaining within a short walk of the beach.
The home's location makes it possible to balance relaxing near the water with days spent swimming, fishing, or exploring the Grand Strand. Cherry Grove is known for its beach access, local dining, and fishing pier, giving visitors several ways to enjoy their time outside the home. High Tide is an option for travelers who want a residential atmosphere rather than the bustle of a large resort.

A few age and maintenance things such as doors, cabinets, loose or not 100 percent functioning things as expected with an older home. But we loved the house layout and all the open space under the house and ramp and dock. And laundry room space. It worked well for use as kayakers.
We enjoyed staying at High Tide for our family vacation. We enjoyed fishing every day off the private dock, the walk to beach was quick, The house was clean, we had to sweep a little bit when we got there but we are at the beach, and no matter how many times we swept, mopped and vacuumed before we left , I would see more sand. The air broke the 3rd day but Elliott Realty sent someone out that day to fix it. We would definitely stay there again.
The place is comfy and cozy. Noticeable pet hair.
High Tide is a great place for a quiet get-away. The house has everything we needed for fun and relaxation.
