This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Enjoy the space, scenery, and amenities of an oceanfront getaway at LIVING BEACH 2. Located in Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach, this large vacation home features 7 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, and 1 half-bathroom and sleeps up to 24 guests. It is an excellent option for extended families or groups who want to vacation together by the sea.
A private walkway gives your group convenient access to the beach, while the outdoor pool and hot tub offer more ways to relax between outings. Inside, there is plenty to keep guests entertained, including a game room, pool table, and foosball table. The home also features a wet bar, two large refrigerators, and an elevator for added convenience. Enjoy oceanfront views from the balconies, or gather everyone for a casual meal after a day in the surf. With seven bedrooms and generous shared spaces, LIVING BEACH 2 makes it easier to plan a group vacation where everyone can enjoy the coast together.

We enjoyed a fantastic week at Living Beach 2. The property was clean and well equipped and the elevator was a great help in this big house. Plenty of big windows and nice deck seating! The pool and hot tub were favorites.
This is a beautiful, comfortable home with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the pier.

Overall it is a wonderful house. We loved the room set up and cleanliness. Having 2 refrigerator and dishwashers was a gift! Being able to walk out to the beach was great. Furniture was in great condition and there was ample seating
Beautiful home - Wonderful location. Plenty of room for large family allowing everyone their private space but room for all to be together to make memories together. Loved sitting out on the back deck and watching the ocean.
Might think about replacing pots and pans with stainless steel.
Beautiful home fantastic location- steps away from the beach! Easily accommodated our large family. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were updated very nice. The kitchen appliances need some TLC.
