This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Experience a spacious coastal retreat at LIVING COASTAL, a large vacation home in North Myrtle Beach’s Ocean Drive area. Located in the second row across from the beach, this property features 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 2 half-bathrooms, with space for up to 26 guests. It is a great option for a large family vacation or a group gathering. Spend the day at the nearby beach, then return to enjoy the private saltwater swimming pool and outdoor hot tub. The home also features an elevator, a washer and dryer, and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for added convenience.
Multiple televisions and generous shared spaces make it easy for everyone to relax after a day exploring the Grand Strand. When mealtime arrives, gather the group for food and conversation before planning the next day’s activities. With beach access across the street and plenty of room for a crowd, LIVING COASTAL combines a convenient location with amenities designed for a memorable group vacation.

It’s a nice house. The owners appeared attentive. The grill was in great shape. It was very nice that it was so close to a beach access. The big windows were nice. The pool / hot tub was perfect for our family.

Our family loves Living Coastal. We have stayed at this location since it was built. The owners are awesome! They make you feel like family. The house is awesome: the layout is spacious. The location is convenient. Living Coastal is the perfect “home” away from home.

Coastal Living was a very comfortable, clean and well stocked house. Our family of 9 enjoyed spending our holiday together there. We had an ample amount of space with no bunk beds, thankfully for us, and plenty of bathrooms, TVs and amenities. We liked that there was no carpet and it had an elevator, too. This house was our 5th Elliott Beach Rental and we've never had such gracious owners who care for renters and their property as much as they do.
Pictures do not do this house justice, it is by far one of the best and cleanest beach houses we have ever stayed in, I had the privilege of meeting the owner, Mike, he and his wife Celia, have added so many touches, like toilet paper in all of the bathrooms, paper towels in the kitchen, and kitchen towels to use, along with pot holders, a fully stocked kitchen for your use, labels on the light switches, even to a clean grill to use if you so desired. The art work his wife has done is awesome, My 2 sisters, along with their spouse’s, 3 nieces, and 1 nephew, all loved it and really enjoyed our time here, The elevator was a Hugh plus for us older ones with knee issues. If you need a 5 bedroom house don’t hesitate if this is available.
The place was just as advertised. We enjoyed immensely! The only suggestion or recommendation that I have is if the owner would ensure that more paper products are available as in toilet paper and maybe paper towel. In my opinion, this should be something standard when renting a unit just as it is when renting a condo or a hotel room.
Living Coastal is one of the best beach houses we have rented. The owners, Celia & Mike, came by to meet us & explain how to operate the spa heater & pool filter. Our group of 8 adults & 7 young children enjoyed the pool & spa so much. The owners provided extras such as kitchen towels & dishcloths, starter toilet paper, & little soaps. The bedrooms have very ample space. It was great to have en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. The 2 half baths are very convenient. We appreciated having common areas on 2 floors to spread out We also spent much time on the 2 big furnished decks. The small ocean view & direct beach access across the street are great. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is very clean & well maintained.

This is my 3rd year in Living Coastal and i recommend it . Such a beautiful home with a beautiful view . Great location because there is walking distance to get to the main strip and shop downtown. i love this place so much. owners are so sweet and helpful. always making sure everything is okay and that we enjoyed our stay. Great place!
5 star property!
A great spot for a family vacation! The pool & hot tub were a family favorite! Beach access right across the street. FYI,… There are about six steps to get to the beach path. The owners stopped by to say hello & it gave it such a personal touch. We loved your artwork!! The home is tastefully decorated. Jeremiah 29:11 was on our bedroom wall and that’s the same verse we have on our bedroom wall at home! Pros -beautiful, clean home, each bedroom has a private bath. Pool can be heated during the cooler months. The elevator was awesome & definitely a step saver & a back saver! Cons-steps to the beach & the conflicting info from Elliott re: trash p/u.. I think it needs regular sofa for people w/ back issues. Overall, great vacation spot!!

Excellent home, this is the best one we have ever stayed at. Clean and the owners were so helpful as well. This shows us that Elliott Beach Rentals and the homeowner really care about their properties.
Loved the house met with the owners, it was a pleasure to talk to them and get to know them. We loved that they came to check on us while we were here and make sure we were happy with everything. Had one issue and the home owner was on top of it to get it fixed. Great customer service all the way around
Beautiful home! We are already planning to stay again next year. Loved having private pool and hot tub. Gas grill by the pool area. The elevator was a great surprise! Quick walk across the street to the Ocean. You can see the Ocean from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. Perfect home for family vacation ❤️
