This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Perhaps you and your family, a group of friends, or even former college classmates have been thinking for a long time about a beach getaway in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Look no further than Nittany South, an inviting beach duplex with five bedrooms and five and one half baths in a serene neighborhood that is just a few blocks from the beach. An assortment of beds provide comfortable accommodations for guests. Just think about it; sunny South Carolina breeze and a morning walk on the beach.
With central air and heat at your house rental, you will be completely comfortable no matter the weather. Take advantage of the relaxing Jacuzzi tub after a busy day on the town and kick back to enjoy a show on one of the flatscreen CCTVs. Or use one of the DVD players to watch a movie. There are entertainment options for everyone. For those who want a little more action, how about a rousing game of ping pong?
The chefs in your crowd will have fun cooking in the well-appointed kitchen with granite counters. Pick up some succulent South Carolina seafood at the market for dinner, or better yet, catch your own at one of the piers not far from your vacation rental. Of course, there are oodles of nearby restaurants and eateries if the cook wants the day off. An additional amenity at your vacation rental is the convenience of a washer and dryer.

We did have a fantastic vacation and look forward to returning next year to North Myrtle Beach as we have been doing the last several years.
This beach house has a lot to offer, which was perfect for our family! It was nice to see the ocean from the porch and we love being extremely close to the beach! The pool was just perfect; we enjoy coming every year!
