Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

One Happy Place is one where you can kick off your shoes and relax because all the forethought has been attended to. Nicely equipped with seven bedrooms and seven and one-half baths, you will find this rental house to be a delightful addition to your stay in North Myrtle Beach. Located on the oceanfront, you will awaken to absorb the breathtaking view of the beautiful South Carolina sunrise directly from the balcony of One Happy Place. Relax in the air-conditioned comfort of this rental house while being entertained by one of the flat-screen TVs or WIFI that is available. Splash your vacation days away in the outdoor swimming pool with a spill over spa that is provided in One Happy Place. The pool can be heated Oct-Mar for a fee. This rental house also offers monthly winter rates for those wishing to extend their beach vacation fun. Beach life lies directly outside the door of One Happy Place, making it excessively convenient to experience all that a vacation to North Myrtle Beach has to offer travelers. Develop your tan while lying on the beach, reading a book, or listening to a podcast.
