This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The kitchen at Palmettos is beautifully equipped so you can make an old fashioned family dinner or just get a simple cup of coffee to enjoy on the porch swing. There are several flatscreen TVs, DVD players and WIFI access for those who want to get online. A washer and dryer make doing laundry less of a chore. Take a dip in your private oceanfront pool that can be heated Apr-Oct for a fee.

Window air conditioners, Central heat and air and ceiling fans will keep you cool in the summer while a gas fireplace warms you in the winter.
