This four-bedroom, two full and one half bath beach house offers almost all that vacationers look for in a beach vacation rental home. It has an ideal location and is only a few rows from the beachfront. While you’re just a few blocks from the beach, you’re also only a short drive from restaurants, shops, and entertainment. You’ll be making memories in no time when you stay at this lovely beach house. You can even bring your furry family member. The house is pet-friendly and there is a $300 pet deposit.
Upon arriving at Pearls & Pennies, you will notice that it is a good-sized rental with ample parking. The rental comes with up to four parking spaces. You will know you’ve made the right choice when you walk in and see bedrooms and living spaces. There are plenty of entertainment options with flatscreen TVs and complimentary WIFI. The full-sized kitchen has plenty of room, so more than one person can help without crowding the space. Full-sized appliances, including a refrigerator and a dishwasher, are included. Cook up culinary delights that will please the family in no time. There is also central heat and air and a washer and dryer.
The balcony and main bedroom have a streetside view. There is a mini charcoal grill. Get the whole family to participate in a corn hole tournament. Eat al fresco on the outdoor patio area. There is a basketball hoop that all ages can enjoy, not just the little ones. Enjoy the outdoors from the inside using the four-season room. This room is completely furnished and stays warm or cool, depending on what you need the temperature to be while you’re there. Don’t forget to head to the beach! Pack a picnic lunch and head to the beach for a full day of fun in the sun! Don’t forget your flip-flops and sunscreen. Lay out, read your favorite book, or listen to music while decompressing from everyday life. Kids will love wading in the waves, building sandcastles, and flying kites.
Nearby, you will find plenty of attractions to fill any beach vacation. The Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is a tourist favorite and offers a view from nearly 1,000 feet out into the deep, providing unmatched photo opportunities. There are several championship golf courses that are unmatched, and the whole family can take part in a mini-golf tournament at one of the many putt-putt courses. Go shopping at Broadway at the Beach and stick around for dinner. In the evening, take in a show at the Alabama Theatre or a concert at the world-famous House of Blues. It's a great house for the location and reasonable price. My biggest complaint is calling it 4 bedrooms when that back room is obviously an addition to the house. It still feels very much like a patio and is and not a room I would have slept in. The other 3 rooms were great and loved the large living area. Good shower pressure was nice too.
The property was very comfortable and had just about everything we needed for our stay. It was within a short walking distance to the beach. We loved visiting the many stores and restaurants nearby.
My family and our doggies absolutely loved our stay at Pearls and Pennies! It is located in a lovely neighborhood in Ocean Drive and is a short walk to the beach! 🏖️ There is a basketball goal and a big yard that makes it even better! The fourth bedroom off of the sunroom needs updating and is a bit musky so we didn't use it! The other bedrooms are very nice and the neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful to walk the doggies! Definitely would love to return next summer for our beach vacay!! 10 out of 10

Overall the maintenance around the property was good.
