This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Pineapple Palace is a warm and welcoming beach house located right on the Atlantic in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Complete with charm and curb appeal, this well maintained oceanfront beach rental is spacious and comfortable. Featuring ten bedrooms and eight and a half baths, guests can have room to lounge around and hang out both inside and outside this amazing, top-of-the line beach oasis.
There are four oceanfront bedrooms, an oceanfront master bedroom and an oceanfront private balcony. Guests will enjoy catching a view of the sun as it rises over the horizon at dawn and taking lots of photographs of each exciting and exhilarating masterpiece. The sky will change dramatically, oftentimes showcasing hues of pinks and oranges, purples and finally blues, as the sun rises from slumber and each day begins anew. The sight from your vantage point at Pineapple Palace will be stunning.
A game room with a pool table will be a hot spot for guests who wish to be on cue. An outdoor hot tub and sparkling saltwater swimming pool offer vacationers a place to unwind and refresh. There is also an enclosed outside shower, which is perfect for washing the sand off after a day at the shore of the wide sandy beach. There are flatscreen TVs within the rental house, and there is a washer and dryer, which is sure to come in handy with all of the laundry needs. The kitchen is complete with two refrigerators, stainless appliances, and granite counters. WIFI is also available so you can stay connected electronically to your family and friends back home.
The sunshine and surf, as well as the seagulls and sailboats, are all waiting for you. Join in the fun and jump in the waves or sit back on your beach towel under an umbrella to rest with a good book as you soak in the ocean breeze and savor the hint of saltiness on your lips.
A short distance away from Pineapple Palace, you will be in the burgeoning community of North Myrtle Beach. It has a low key flair as friendly folks pass leisurely by, yet there are so many things to do both day and night that you will find adventure around every turn. This is a great way to have it all. Pineapple Palace was perfect for our large group in town for my niece's graduation! The elevator allowed our elderly parents to enjoy and be a part of the celebration. The views and beach access are excellent! Beautiful sunsets every night! Location is perfect as well. I also appreciated the roominess and the multiple appliances. However, the furniture, bedding, etc., all need to be replaced.

This is a great house in an unbelievable location. Also Elliott Realty provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay.
The place was wonderful and we ill go back, the elevator was down and we needed it for our older guests. But we had a great time.
Pineapple palace was everything we were looking for. Between the pool, beach front access, and spacious interior, it was great!
My husband and I and our 5 married adult children and their families enjoyed our vacation here very much. We loved being so close to the beach and really enjoyed the swimming pool. We didn't know the house had an elevator before we arrived, which was good because we were not too disappointed when it often did not work. Thankfully, it did work when we arrived and unloaded our van and it did work when we loaded our van for our departure. We had 10 grandchildren there, ages 1 to 12, and they really enjoyed the house. very clean when we arrived so kudos to the cleaning crew.
House is big and a floor plan would be great online or printed out in the home. Beautiful home just needs to have better mattresses.
We are so lucky to have found this property! It was the perfect spot for spending a long weekend with good friends from all over. The living spaces (kitchen, living room, and bonus room on the fourth floor) were perfect for our party of 21 - everyone was comfortable and we could be together without being on top of one another. This is one of the few houses we've stayed in where the bedroom configurations works well for adults or kids, no worrying about bunk beds. Check-in was an absolute breeze and we had no issues with the property during our stay. The kitchen is decently stocked with cookware, but be prepared to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!
