This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Sea Haven B is a lovely luxury unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths that will comfortably accommodate your small family or group of friends for a relaxing beach getaway. This property is pet friendly (less than 50lbs) with a $300 refundable deposit. Located in the quiet neighborhood of Crescent Beach, you’ll feel removed from the crowds but remain ideally situated to great restaurants and entertainment.
Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and sink into the plush couch as you watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. There are plenty of amenities to provide comfort to your guests, including: a washer and dryer, WIFI access, a shared hot tub with Sea Haven A, central heating and air, and 3 parking spaces available on site.
The warm sandy beaches of the Grand Strand are only a minute away, beckoning you to set up an umbrella and relax into your beach chair as the sun kisses your skin. The waves become the soundtrack to vacation relaxation. Toss around a football, build sand castles or simply gaze out upon the mighty Atlantic Ocean. No matter how you spend your day, a day at the beach is a day well spent. You will also find many adventures await you in the surrounding area such as live entertainment, wildlife encounters, shopping, golfing and amusement parks. Water adventures are abundant in the area, so whether you’d prefer a calm kayak tour of the marshes or a high speed jet ski tour, North Myrtle Beach has you covered.
