This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Sea La Vie is a beautifully decorated beach house in North Myrtle Beach, SC where guests can spend a beach vacation relaxing in comfort. Sea La Vie is located in the Cherry Grove area with a refreshing view of the channel. Close to fun things to do in Myrtle Beach, this beach rental is the perfect place for friends and family to have a beach getaway.
Sea La Vie is a spacious four bedroom, three bath beach house close to the ocean. Enjoy a refreshing view of the channel as you sip some ice tea on the balcony of this beach house. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an outdoor grill. This Myrtle Beach area vacation house has WIFI, flatscreen CCTVs, DVD players, a DVR and Satellite TV with 200 channels.
Take a splash in the outdoor pool of Sea La Vie or head over to the beach for some fun in the sand. The Cherry Grove area has the widest, beach in North Myrtle Beach, SC and Sea La Vie has an outside shower so you can keep the sand where it belongs. A washer and dryer is also available for added convenience.
Sea La Vie is the perfect getaway anytime as monthly winter rentals are available and Myrtle Beach weather makes it easy to be a destination vacation all year round. It is easy to find fun near Sea La Vie like taking a walk to the fishing pier, canoeing throughout the inlets and channels, riding a Sea Doo and chartering a sailboat.
Myrtle Beach golfing is a vacation alone with champion courses and golf packages for every age and every level. Barefoot Landing is a great spot to shop, dine and discover family entertainment. House of Blues, The Carolina Opry and Alabama Theatre are just a few examples where you will find amazing talent.

We purchased Sea La Vie (taken from the French expression C'est la vie, meaning "That's Life") with the intention of being our future retirement home. Until that time, we would like to offer it to you in hopes that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.
*Luxury Rentals include linens and departure maid service. An additional reduced rate luxury fee is added to all luxury rentals.

This house is AMAZING! We have rented several condos/houses and this by far is the best we've ever had! The kitchen is OVERLY stocked with whatever you may need! Pool/deck is great to go back and forth from swimming to fishing! One block walk to beach. 20 minute drive to Barefoot Landing. If I had any complaints it would be that the Master/front bedrooms need darkening curtains. The sun wakes you up bright and early at 6:30/7:00 a.m. But definitely a 5/5 rating and we've already rebooked our stay for next summer! Great job owners on a beautiful home!
