This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
A channel-side balcony and a backyard full of activities make Sea Mountain Escape a fun choice for families visiting Cherry Grove. This North Myrtle Beach vacation rental has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests. Located in the third row and beyond, the home offers a residential setting with beach access nearby.
Guests can enjoy fishing, a paddle boat, ping-pong, cornhole, and an outdoor firepit when they are not spending time at the beach. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while an in-unit washer and dryer helps keep vacation laundry manageable. An outside shower is handy after a day outdoors, and the home has parking for up to six vehicles. Pets weighing up to 35 pounds are allowed with a $300 refundable deposit, subject to the rental rules. With outdoor games and fishing-focused amenities, Sea Mountain Escape gives families plenty to do between beach outings.

Great location, lots of room, few lights had blown bulbs other and not enough pots and pans to cook with other than that great stay!
The people at check in very nice, very explanatory, they explained everthing so there were no questions to ask I like that. The reminders that came via text very nice helpful. I will definitely look to stay at one of their places again.
