From the main level living room to the third floor bonus room featuring a PS4, arcade games, and wet bar, there's tons of opportunities for entertainment and relaxation. The top-of-the-line kitchen, boasts stainless steep appliances and plenty of counter space for whipping up delicious meals and hosting a summer BBQ. Spend time outside on the balconies or enjoy your meals at the picnic tables, as you bask in the summer sun. Shell or High Water ensures everyone has a comfortable and convenient stay. Amenities include a washer and dryer, smart TVs in every room, WIFI access, central heating and air, and there's even an electric vehicle charger. Plus, Shell of High Water is pet friendly with a $300 refundable deposit. This house allows 2 dogs with a 35lb weight limit each.
