This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This is great for large families! Spacious and well equipped!! Each bedroom has a nice size TV for everyone to watch what they want. The kitchen is fully stocked for outdoor and indoor cooking!! And the fridge has an ice maker!! Walking distance to the beach, close to stores and restaurants. They communicated very quickly. We unfortunately came on trash day so the trash receptacle had to be placed at the curb. It was full even though we hadn’t used it. I reached out to the host and he was very apologetic and sent a local vendor to retrieve the trash. The entire house was clean and smelled good. We definitely hope we can rent this same house next year!!
Would stay here again but since it’s through a local realty company may be best to rent directly from them
We LOVED Soggy Dollar Ii! It is everything the pictures show. So spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. The game room was a huge plus! And a short walk to the beach! One of our favorite things is the location. There are no high rises in front of the house(some to the left), so there aren’t tons of people on top of you on the beach. And the beach has great space between the ocean and the dunes. You vcant do wrong with this house and Elliott has fantastic service if you need anything.
Love the house. So clean and and spacious! And the arcade room is a hit! Not a bad walk to the beach either!
The location is PERFECT! The house offered plenty of room ( elevator had to be repaired upon arrival .. still didn’t work properly) the pool is great (although upon arrival we had to clean the area and call for the shower hose to be repaired) overall the house is great for large families. Definitely would recommend !
Great location and perfect for multiple families to be together but also have some privacy! Game room was a huge hit for the kids and big kids!
Very nice house with plenty of space for everyone. Lots of dishes, pots, pan, cups, etc.
Place was clean and is still in good condition.
