This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
The Tilghman-Boyce Cottage in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, SC is on a saltwater channel. Not only will you enjoy spacious accommodations, but you will also have a waterfront view. This house is large and accommodating.
Tilghman-Boyce Cottage boasts five bedrooms. There are four and one half bath in this vacation rental. With so many bedrooms and furnishings as you have in Tilghman-Boyce Cottage, it is no wonder this house can sleep you and your guests. Bring your friends and extended family to this secluded vacation destination.
This beach house in Myrtle Beach has many conveniences and amenities. There is WIFI so bring your laptop computer. A washing machine and clothes dryer are awesome appliances to have on hand during your vacation. The grill outside might encourage you to have a family cookout and enjoy the natural setting. Kayaks are also provided for you. Paddle the channel and go out to the inlet for a breathtaking and peaceful view of the salt marsh. Board games, books, and a ping pong table are also in this beach house so your family can relax together whether you are on the beach or in the comfort of this house.
Live entertainment theatres, Myrtle Beach golf courses, shopping, dining and amusements are minutes away from this beach house; there are many things to do. The Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is nearby as are Sea Doo rentals, parasailing and banana boat rides.
