This spacious vacation rental has three bedrooms and three baths. The kitchen in this vacation rental is spacious and boasts a dishwasher and breakfast bar. There is WIFI and a plasma CCTV for your pleasure, too.
The oceanfront pool deck is exquisite at Avista Resort. Take the kids to the kiddie pool and let them splash and play. Grab an inner tube and ride the lazy river. There are hot tubs on the oceanfront and a pair of swimming pools on the oceanfront, too. Slip into the indoor swimming pool during your vacation when you need a break from the sunshine.
This condo is centrally located to shopping, local dining, live entertainment theatres and a wide array of water sports. There are numerous Myrtle Beach golf courses in the area so choosing a tee time and course are easy. Indulge in fabulous oceanside surroundings when you vacation at Avista Resort 220.

Excellent stay, the unit it perfect for our needs.
We have booked this unit for the past 3 years and truly enjoy it. We love the 2nd floor and the unit is well kept up. It is a beautiful unit and easy to feel at home in. The owner has been great to work with and we truly appreciate the opportunity to stay here.
We originally didn’t book this room but we had issues with our original one and got moved here. This room is beautiful and well taken care off. I don’t believe there was a single thing wrong with this room itself. Being on the second floor had its own issues, being you can hear the kids in the pool until it closed at night, but really no biggy. During Covid, it’s very convenient to run down the stairs and not use the elevator. Very happy to have spent the week with my family in this room and I believe this room is probably the prettiest in the whole hotel. My family might book this room in the future because it was so clean and taken care off.
