This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Gulf Stream Cottages has lavish hardwood floors, granite kitchen countertops, full-size stainless appliances, carpeting in each bedroom, plus a washer and dryer in the rental for your convenience. Another perk of renting Gulf Stream Cottages 255 is that you’ll have access to the community pool.
After a day of play unwind and watch TV or if you’re feeling adventurous, you can explore any of the nearby attractions such as the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk or the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel. Great stay!
The unit is very nice and very quiet. I recommend it. I really liked the place and the cleanliness.
It was a very nice, clean, and affordable stay. It was very nice to be 2 blocks away from the beach. The only thing that would be nice is to have a definite time for check in. Although I didn’t wait a long time.
The house appears small but we had plenty of room for my husband and I, and 2 teenager boys. Everything looks so new and was conveniently located. Plenty close enough to walk to and from the beach.
