This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Bright and breezy as its tropical blue color, A Step Away is the ideal vacation rental home for large families. Situated two short blocks from the ocean, on the heart of North Myrtle Beach, this well-maintained property is so close to the beach that you'll be tempted to dip your toes in the surf before you even unpack your car. The prime location makes for a quick walk to and from the beach – and simple for you to grab a sandwich or retrieve forgotten sand toys. You may even decide to watch the colorful sunrises each morning.
A Step Away has all the benefits of home, including a washer/dryer and a well-equipped kitchen with a large sink and modern appliances. The master bath features a large tiled walk-in shower with a corner bench and handheld sprayer. In case you have little ones in need of a bath, there's a tub, too. And if anyone in your group requires a desk for work – gasp! – you'll find one of those, too.
Outside, you're sure to relax on the front porch, enjoying the palms as you dine at the patio table. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. You'll also like the private area where you can grill mouth-watering burgers or just chill beneath a moonlit sky. And when it's time for some adventure, this North Myrtle location is a short drive to all the attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach are famous for.
