This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Light House is a two story house that overlooks a tranquil saltwater channel and within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean. This beach house has three-bedrooms and two baths and is in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Spacious and accommodating, Light House is a great destination for larger families.
Conveniences include a washing machine and clothes dryer. There are also a couple CCTVs. But it is the waterfront view from Light House's balcony that you will most appreciate. When the beach breeze rustles the tops of the marsh grasses, nature's symphony is at a relaxing peak. Take a short walk to the wide, sandy beach when you vacation at Light House.
Beach access is nearby, so your whole family can easily reach the shore of the Atlantic Ocean. On the oceanfront there is so much to do -- from picnicking and beach volleyball to cat naps and swimming, the oceanfront is a family-friendly playground for all ages. A stunning view and refreshing ocean breeze just might make the oceanfront your favorite place to play during your Myrtle Beach vacation.
When you reserve Light House, your family will be nicely located to all the fabulous Myrtle Beach amusements and attractions. Amusement rides, waterparks, Sea Doo rentals, shopping, dining, and Myrtle Beach golf are in close proximity to Light House. Dive into succulent Myrtle Beach seafood. Treat the whole family to live theatre entertainment at The Carolina Opry or Alabama Theatre.
