This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Seaside Serenity is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful oceanfront vacation rental beach homes on the Grand Strand. Located in the Ocean Drive area of North Myrtle Beach, an area known for beach music and carefree oceanside escapes, the aptly named Seaside Serenity sports nautical flair and personality aplenty. It is a spacious oceanfront vacation home well-appointed to accommodate 13 happy folk.
There are six bedrooms, three full baths and three half baths at Seaside Serenity. It is situated right behind an impressively wide dune line; a beautiful balcony and covered porch take full advantage of the view. Behold the view from the widow's walk. Inside this non-smoking, two-story North Myrtle Beach oceanfront vacation rental, you will find an outsized great room with the unexpected plus of a fireplace. The kitchen is far more than accommodating and fully-furnished. The home also offers an outdoor grill. There are several televisions and DVD players for your entertainment. High speed Internet access means everyone can bring their gadgets along. The added convenience of a washer and dryer will make the trip home less stressful.
The sandy beach is the primary reason people have flocked to North Myrtle Beach and the greater Grand Strand for decades. But there is much more to know and love about this sixty-mile stretch of ocean and surf. Championship golf courses are in close proximity. Choosing from more than 1500 restaurants is no easy task -- but it's certainly fun! Shopping opportunities run the gamut from outlets to fancy boutiques. There is so much to see and do at Seaside Serenity, the only complication lies in fitting it all into a single vacation. You may have to start planning to return before you leave!

Pros: The house is beautiful and has a ton of room for larger groups. The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet. There were books, games, and sand toys that were at the house.
Awesome house ! Love the location of this house, the screened in back porch was very nice to have for morning cups of coffee and evening suppers. The layout of the house worked out perfectly for us, especially with three bedrooms on main floor. The master bedroom on the second floor is beautifully set up with the Spiral staircase up to the Widows walk. The views from the Widows walk are beautiful during the day or during the evening and the breeze never quits up there. Everything in this house works, A lot of the beach houses we have stayed in prior throughout the years always have issues with things not working, like TV remotes, icemakers, just minor things but things that make it so much easier when they work. We had no issues whatsoever.
