This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Seaview Sanctuary is your home away from home. The majestic charm of the views will invite you to rest and renew! This exquisite home is designed for your entire family to enjoy.

The East Coast is home to some great sights and delicious meals as stated by many locals. The year-round warmer temperatures at the beach make it the ideal spot for those hoping to get away from the chilly seasons.

After you spend countless hours at the beach, we encourage you to continue to enjoy the scenic views from the comfort of the main level family room.  And, when you are ready to retreat to your bedroom for the evening, you will retire to a spacious bedroom with its own television.

The ground floor has both a game room (where your family can enjoy a game of air hockey and spend quality time playing board/card games) and a designated room for the kids to either play video games or just enjoy programming separate from the adults.

If at some point during your stay, you tire of the sand and saltiness of the Atlantic Ocean, our spacious pool awaits!

The South Carolina coast is filled with plenty to do including jet skiing, parasailing, fishing, and good old-fashioned people watching at the beach. Gather your loved ones and get ready to make tons of family memories that you’ll recount for years.

House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.

*Luxury Rentals include linens and departure maid service. An additional reduced rate luxury fee is added to all luxury rentals.
